Website claims that that boots are "100% Authentic Guaranteed," but provides a cheap counterfeit version of UGG boots. There is no way to contact the customer service department except for filling out an inquiry form on their site. There is no phone number, address, or email. They promise a response via email within 24 hours of your inquiry, which did not occur. Website also charged me for 2 pairs of boots instead of one...luckily I had closed my bank card earlier in the day to prevent a further scam. There is no way to cancel your transaction, and the only way to return the boots is through a "return request" on their website. Which again, had no response.
