I Paid Vocus $2,996.25 to use a marketing software. We were unable to successfully use the software from day one. Over 2 months time elapsed trying to figure out a solution to get the software to work properly and they were never able to resolve the issue. I asked for a refund of my money and they said under no circumstances do they give refunds. Although Section 9 A. and C. in their contract clearly speak of a refund they would not give me anything back. I Contacted the BBB and they ingnored their first two letters and finaly answered the third time before their accredidation was lost. I also noticed many other people have made complaints about Vocus! Please help recover my money, i am a start up company and am suffering greatly because of this set back.
