Described how $7680 was deposited into a Pay Pal account. Fraudulent Pay Pal represntative indicated a hold on the funds until the agent was forwarded a fee by Money Gram. Needed $950 to be sent to the transportation agent for shipping cost before the funds would be released into the Pay Pal account. Pay Pal had no knowledge of any transaction history.
