I order the buy on get one free cushion. When I went to www.customerstatus.com to check on the shipment. The status said the order was shipped 11/30/2012. When I selected the tracking number, I was sent to the FedEx site. FedEx noted that they head received the tracking number electronically but had not scanned the package. When I called customer service, I was told that FedEx had the package. When I explained to the customer service rep that if FedEx had the package it would have been scanned into their system, the rep hadn't a clue what I was talking about. When I asked if he could contact the shipping location to see what had happened he said that he didn't have that phone number. He then suggested that I wait and check the FedEx website tomorrow, when I asked if he would follow up and try to find out what happened to the package tomorrow when FedEx still didn't have it, he said no he couldn't. I then asked if he could do anything more than check the FedEx site which I could do myself, he said no. Things did not go well after that because I did not curse but I did ask what was the purpose of a customer service rep who could not provide customer service. We will be notifying our credit card company that we are being billed for something that we did not receive but in the meanwhile, still no cushions.
