To Whom It May Concern:

On December 6, 2012 your company issued your company a check #99873 in the amount of $30.00 from my checking account. The check posted and cleared on December 7, 2012. I called the number (866.765.5097) printed on the check and your customer service reps were of no help and refused to transfer me to a supervisor. I contacted my bank and told them I did not authorize this deduction and they are having their fraud unit look into it. I contacted the PA Attorney General's Office and also the PA Dept of Banking due to the fact right on the bottom of your website it states you CANNOT make pay day loans or cash advances to PA residents.

I expect my money to be returned within 48 hours. If not, I have every intention of taking legal action against your company and officers and it will indeed cost you more than the money you took out of my account. I see by the internet complaints, you have done this to quite a few people and perhaps a class action suit is needed. If I do not have my money returned I have every intention of contacting the FBI to pursue fraud charges against your company.

I'm sure you will expedite the return of my money.
