It all started when my son rec in his checking acct a sum of $200. He had no clue where it came from all it said was direct deposit. No name no phone number. He thought maybe it was an employer error.These people took money out of his acct every other week until he went to his bank and closed his account. Today he gets a call from someone indicating she is a solicitor and unless he comes up with $350 by monday they are going to issue a warrarant for his arrest for fraudulant checks??? Are you seriously kidding me. No one knows who this company is. Needless to say he is a wreck. I told him he is not paying anything until a police officer shows up to our door with a warrant. I think this whole warrant thing is a scam as well. He wants to just pay it and get it over with, He dosent want to be in trouble.Please, i am begging anyone out there who has had a similiar issue to let me know how to handle this. How do I know where his payment is going? it came out of the blue to begin with. Thank you all!
