I joined the site www.paypermails.com in April 2011 and since than clicking the advertisement and has been an active member of the site, I joined the site for free, they even have an upgraded plan for their members.

The minimum payout level for free member was $21,000 which I have crossed two times and before 3 months even requested for cash out, but they told me that they will be making payment of upgraded members first and once the payment to upgraded members are over then they pay free members and if I want the cash out quickly they told me to upgrade the plan. I doubt whether they will pay me.

The below is the message which I got from them when I mailed them to pay me in May 2011:

"We have receive your payment request. Now we will check your account carefully. if your account is in good-standing we will issue payment to you within 30-90 days or a reasonable time after. Upgrade members receive payouts much faster. Upgrade member’s Payment will be made within 7-14 days.

Your are a free member, so please wait patiently

Our next payment date will be come soon. If your want get payment soon,Upgrade your account is a good way.

I have wasted a lot of my time clicking and reading their mails and right now mentally stressed out, they recently stopped replying to my mails also".

I even told them to compensate me for the time I have wasted by paying me half the amount that is $10,000, but still no reply, I think they cheat people and are working only for getting upgraded members and then don't respond.

I am a free member but would like to ask you is there any rule where I can claim the compensation for the time wasted and the mental stress and emotional pain I have gone through.
