I ordered a set of DVDs of Babylon 5 on 11/28/2012 and the money was taken from my credit card the next day, even though they state it will not be taken until the items are shipped. They say delivery usually 4-7 business days...so now several days later, 3 un-answered emails later...I have not heard anything or received anything. Having read this site (wish I`d known about it before)I guess I am in a long line of scammed folk...this company sucks. I had ordered these for a gift..a nice gift for this company, it should be taken from the net.

It is now January 9 and I still have heard nothing. It is now in the hands of my credit card company, who filed a dispute in December - I now have to wait the for 6-8 weeks before the bank can take this any further...will keep you informed.

- It is now 18th February and I have got my money refunded from the bank....they are now taking this up - but at least I have my money. If you paid with a credit card, get intouch with your credit card company, they usually will help. Good luck.
