Person on the phone said that I applied for a payday loan and agreed to a charge for guaranteed funds. Spoke with a man named David, who said that he could get me a loan, not a payday loan. i told him I just wanted my money back that I didn't authorize them to take. He claims that he "cancelled the account" and that I should see my money in 10-15 days.
