I was text messaged today that I had won a contest from Target that I never entered for the amount of $1000.This is not the first time I have recieved this text. It is not only annoying but at this time of the year it is especially hurtful.I was duped into believing that my worries for my sons christmas were over. Is'nt there a way to catch the persons who are running this fraud?
