Received a text from 626-825-0932 saying "Your entry last month has WON! ...", etc, same as the others. Researched first to get to this site, I'd like to know how these people got my phone number. I don't ever shop at Target, maybe once in a blue moon, but I definitely have not in the last month. It is strange most of the comments here happened on the same day..
