I paid my lease out in full even though I left a month or 2 early and they sent me a $97.90 bill after completing walk through and paying lease in full for touch up paint, carpet cleaning,and cleaning behind stove and refridgerator. These apartments are a complete scam. They have contracts with towing companies and if you happen to park in the wrong spot by mistake or even to run and do something they will have you towed and its $125 to $150 to get your vehicle back...they promote you having people towed in their new renter package. Whats wrong with leaving someone a note saying you are parked in an assigned spot, please do not do it again or you will be towed? Because they make money when vehicles are towed. DO NOT RENT FROM THEM YOU WILL BE DISAPPOINTED IF YOU TRY TO MOVE OUT!!!!!
