I accidentally clicked on a link that popped up on my cell phone for a free ringtone. Then I received a text message that I was subscribed for a ringtone service for $9.99 per month. I immediatly unsubscribed, but when I received my bill, there was a $13.00 charge from Motime as a third party company. I called the number provided and they kept insisting that once you accept the policy, you are charged the monthly fee regardless of whether you use their service, which I never used. I also never accepted these policies, as I clicked on one link. I called Rogers who are my service provider, and they could not do anything about it. This is a complete scam!
