On 12/13/2012 Loan 1 Hub tried to make another withdraw on my bank for $34.95. It wouldn't go through because My Money Leaf had already overdrawn my account with their unauthorized withdraw. But, the attempt did leave me another NSF charge of $34.97. I called them and spoke to an American woman, instead of their overseas customer service, and she explain that they had not canceled my profile when I had called before. She gave me a refund confirmation number, but as to date, no action has been done. I would like them to compensate me for the NSF charge, $34.97, that it accrued by their attempt of an unauthorized withdraw from my account.

The date was the 12th, not the 13th.

- Called tonight and the CS agent said that the refund is posted and should get it in 4-7 business days. Will have to wait and see.
