I am looking for assistance with a problem that I am having with a Florida based company from whom we purchased an entertainment system from on a franchise. I may be panicking too early, however as the transaction took place by phone and internet only and I have not had physical contact with this company I am becoming alarmed because we cannot get a response from them since we transferred payment on Nov 29th despite being told our shipment would go out next day.
We have had no response to numerous phone calls & emails and I wonder is there anything you can suggest we do or who we could contact in the US for assistance with this. Is there any way to check if they are still open for business at the stated address?. As we are based in Ireland it’s a real nightmare trying follow this up as we are afraid that they may have taken our payment and then folded the business.

- You have been very lucky to get a call from Steven he has not called me since he got the payment. They are telling me now the system has been shipped vis Miami but wont give me the shipping company details or the tracking no which is essential to check it it has been shipped.

- The listed CEO of this company is George Domaceti. The information I am providing is public from the Palm Beach County tax appraisers office. Do a few google searches and you'll find plenty of additional information. His home address is 17609 Orange Blvd, Loxahatchee, Florida 33470. He is the president of the Acreage Athletic League's baseball organization. Also take a look at a webite called Seal Check. I hope this helps people.
