On November 19th 2012 I ordered a MIAMI HEAT Azure Blue High Voltage Sprites New Era Fitted Cap with special note stating to please make sure hat is not squished (since I am very particular with my hats) On November 30th I sent them an email asking the order status because I was yet to receive it. I get a response back from "[email protected]" statint that my hat was in shipment & not to worry. Days passed by & I sent him another email asking the status & how it was going to be shipped. I get an email from him with a tracking # & a website, but when I went in to track my order it stated 'tracking unavailable', so I sent him an email back with a print screen on what it showed me & he stated, again, not to worry that is in transshipment...
On December 14th the mailman gives me this small box & had me sign for it (I was hoping it was not the hat) But sure enough when i opened it, it was a hat, and not only it was squished in this small box, it was the wrong hat.... I received a Black, red & yellow Miami Heats snapback cheap hat that I can purchase in any local flea market for very cheap...
So I immediately sent him an email with a print screen of my order (off their website) & attached a picture with the hat that I received (front & back) & the hat that I ordered. Shaw wrote back stating that he presented the issue to his manager & the manager investigated & said that there was an error & my hat was sent to some one else. So I write him back (because he did not state nothing else) "OK so how are we going to resolve this issue?"
Then the emails began to go back and forth, he first stated that I "can purchase other goods from them & that when they send the goods they will include my actual hat & that I can keep the hat they send me in error"
This made me very upset & frustrated because they actually expected me to pay them more money for me to get my hat..... when I refused to send any more money, he then he wrote back " I have forwarded this issue to our manager and he shows his great concern on this issue. Then he made a decision that you only need to pay us shipment fee and tariff tax which is just 30USD by western union,. And we will send you correct goods you ordered to you and send you a secret gift. Besides, you can keep the goods you received,send it to your family or friend,don't need to waste money to send back. That is a quite unbelievable price. Hope you can understand it!"
Can you believe that!?!?!?!
We continue back & forth I advised them I did not want the hat they sent me I do Not want a secret gift, all I wanted was my hat or my money back....
Unfortunately after emailing back & forth I realized that I was not going to get my hat, I lost out on my money, & that this is all a SCAM...
I would love to be able to get my money back (I'll send them their ugly hat back) But if that ends up not being possible I must realized I was victimized by a SCAM company.. I want everyone to know that they should not purchase anything from this suppose company.
We work VERY hard to make our money & I don't think is right that they use us this way! Please help!

  • I had same problem check out my complaint! I had same emails word for word! Surely this company should be stopped from tradding in u.k. Does this site have the power to sort out? Will i ever get my right hat or my refund! Maybe we should all save together and go over to china and sort this guy out once and for all! This company is nothing but thiefs! HELP US SCAMBOOK!

  • I did see your complaint. I started to do search when I realized I wasn't the only one. Hopefully SCAMBOOK can help us out with this because it is very sad that not only we lost out on our money, but that many other people may go through the same thing we did. I really do hope this can be resolved because it clearly isn't fair. We work hard for our money for some one to just take it...
