I order on line a All IN One Printer. What i got was a Printer only a cheap one at that. I tried to call them the day i got it. All i got was the answering machine. I tred e-mailing them no answer back? I called the next day and e-mail same thing NO answer. I called and e-mailed on 7-6-11 and 7-7-11 and 7-8-11 and 7-9-11 and 7-11-11. I got an e-mail from them on 8-11-11 saying that my order was on its way. They said its was because of the 4th of July and Canada Day they were on Holiday week end.. I got it on July 14 or 15-2011. Well I told them It was not the Printer I found on there web site. I said that i was going to send it back but they have to pay the shiping and handing. They said that they would send me a shipping lable and I should go to UPS and sent it back.
Ok they e-mail me the UPS lables. I sent it back on July 21-2011
I waited for a few days and then I called them and again I got the answering machine. I e-mailed them I got an e-mail back saying that i have to stop the Dispute from my bank and then they will send my money back. Well on 8-15-2011 i still haven't recevied my $82.36 for the Printer and all I get is e-mail saying they have to confirm the dispute was cancelled and then the refund will go to my bank. Ya right. Its 9-7-2011 and i am still waiting for my $82.36 back. Jerry
