We had a problem with our printer. They researched the problem in their lab and we payed $79.99. We received an e-mail to contact and they would lead us through the solution. We have contacted them by phone, e-mail, attempted "live chat now" on their website. We can never reach anyone, have left messages and e-mails. They have never contacted us since, and it has been a month and a half.
