I am responding to a similar complaint dated Sept 2012. i too ordered samples and paid for them, only to find 3 x debits on my account a month later for $98 each time. The products were not ordered, but like the previous complainent, I had one parcel arrive at post office (and refused) with £20 customs charge. My bank say it is nigh on impossible to halt these payments .... I have emailed company and requested they stop and re-fund me. And the bank have tried calling by phone unsuccessfully. It is both worrying and upsetting that these unscrupulous companies exist - I wish I had never ordered samples in the first place. Anyone out there please take note of the company names!
