Hi, I signed up in a Dating website for 3 days trial basis and after 2 days I cancelled my subsription because of some personal reason
, I give them call personally and asked them to cancelled my subscription and remove my profile from there, but when I checked my account detail they charged me twice a month and also they send me confirmation that they removed my profile. Now I'm worrying about my bank account. Pls help me to cancel this payment.
