9/04/2011 I went on facebook marketplace searching for a dog (shih tzu) and email a young lady named Babara Bunbury in Tacoma, WA 98421. She said that she a shih tzu that did not have a home and was looking for a family to take the dog. Me and babara Bunbury email each other all day on 9/04/11. I sent her my information of where to shipped the dog. She told me that she was going to take care of the registration on 9/06/11 and when she gets back she was going to email me the that everything was done. Then the travel company was going to call me with the details of where and how much money to send. the email said that it would take 10 to 11 hours for the dog to arrive to me. So on 9/6/11 i went to Harris & Teeters to western union the 200.00 to Desmond Njike in Cameroon in the city of Limbe 00237. I then email them the comfirmation number. The dog was suppose to arrive at my house that evening but it did not come. The travel company send me an email that said that the dog was departing at 6:30pm on 9/6/11 and would arrive at 10:45am on 9/07/11 at my house. Today i recieved an email and call from the travel company saying that they needed 900.00 more for a pet permit.
