Firststepequity advertises to all sorts of buyers to include renters looking to lease with option to buy a home. The foreclosure market is a great place to find a deal but you must deal with the owner directly. All Firststepequity can do is provide the listings of the homes, loan records, owner & bank records, contact info and title search for homes you have contacted but unless you deal with the owner directly you can't buy or lease a home. they are a listing service and once a customer access the data all fees are nonrefundable.
