i just got a call from these ppl telling me i have just been approved for a govt grant of 7000. they wanted bank or CC info I said not if that is the only way, then she continued to tell me well we can western union the money. i said well sure. she said call this number with your approval number i gave you and they will set you up. so just out of curiousity i called, oh boy. she said well lets set you up with the western union transfer from the FEDERAL RESERVE BANK OF NEW YORK. im thinking well okay sounds good, lol, but she says it will cost 270.00 fee for the transfer okay. i say well sure, she said but i cannot take it out of the grant money you have to pay for it some other way first, by bank or debit or CC. she is surely crazy if she thinks i was going to give her my stuff. LOL I said no and asked if she could repeat the places she had mentioned where the money was coming from and who authorized it (FEDERAL GRANT DEPT. OF WASHINGTON D.C) she said ma'am if you are not interested then thats fine. I said well i am but i wanted to make sure you are not ripping ppl off and then I asked for her name. she said why do you need my name said for ME not too waste HER TIME. (mind you i was just wrapping presents in my own home minding my own!) She cont to say why do you need my name i said well when i look into this further i want to know who i was speaking with if you are ripping ppl off. AND GUESS WHAT..........SHE HAD NERVE TO GET ATTITUDE WITH ME THEN HANG UP. lol what a fun morning.Thank goodness i didnt give anything. Just for and FYI the number i was given to call was 202-657-6543 and my approval code was YM754.
