I ordered a sample for about $4 and a package arrived today with this charge on it for Sylkskin that I did not order. I phoned the complaint department and had trouble understanding the agent as the accent was foreign. Apparently somewhere there wasinfo that if I hadn't cancelled in 16 days they would continue to selnd the product. I still can't see that on any communication from them. I told the agent that I was taking it back to the Post Office and returning it and wanting my money credited back to my account.
