I paid was was due at checkout on there website. They are attempting to charge another $12.00 for shipping which was neither agreed upon or authorized. The owner, Becky has been rude and insulting. She has threatened to call the police. I have sent 30 emails and made numerous calls only to be hung up on. Very unethical business.
