Ordered a Louis Vuitton bag from www.authentic-louisvuittons.com after an email confirmation from the company telling me that I could be 100% assured that these bags were genuine articles. A week later I received a hideous quality bag with wonky Louis Vuitton print basically coming apart at the seams. Clearly not a genuine article, not even close... So I contacted the company saying I was not satisfied what so ever and as it says on their website "if your not satisfied you can return the bag for 50% of what you originally paid." As much as I wanted the full refund I guess after debating they would only give me the 50% so I settled. After emails back and forth begging for the 50% refund they finally 'agreed' after about a week. I got an email from [email protected] (the payment platform in which I was re-routed too when paying) saying that my refund would be processed within 3-4 weeks.... 2 months later and after many emails have been sent, I have had no sign of any refund. I can see from all the reviews this company is a complete scam but someone needs to get this whole operation shut down!!! Please someone help!!!
