after ringing your australian counterparts for a full refund,as i cancelled my subscription august/sep,i was promised a refund in the form of a cheque,My visa was cancelled due to unauthorised debits to my account from your company.The call i made was on the 22nd october 2012 and was promised by the manager of the aussie store a cheque would follow.How long do i nees to wait for my refund.When you require payment you get it immediately,When you have to pay you take your time.Where is this fair.I will wait for response or i will take this issue up with dept fair trade as i still have receipts.Please rectify this problem sooner rather than later as i am a very very disgruntled consumer who is getting angrier as the days go by.Regards sandra
