Received a call from my bank today saying my account was over drawn due to an $89.00 charge from moneysaverplus.com and I would be charged a $25.00 NSF fee. Luckily my bank did not pay the $89.00 but I am still being charged a $25.00 NSF fee. I called the number for moneysaverplus.com (818-528-4502) and they ask for my bank account number before anything else! They said they cannot refund the $25 but they promise no more attempts will be made on my account. When I asked to speak to the person in charge they just kept telling me they were the best person to talk to. I told them I needed to speak with a supervisor and they would hang up on me. This happened about 5 times in a row. They constantly cut me off and would not let me speak. One woman's name was Tracy, another Brittany, and the others would not offer names. "Tracy" told me her supervisor was "Elizabeth Smith" but would not for nothing put her on the phone. Seems funny to me that a whole bunch of clearly foreign women have these common american names!! They were no help so the next step is to pay the $25 fee and then dispute it through my bank. Hopefully they will see this is a scam and refund my money!!
