I was wanting to purchase a teacup yorkie. He said he had one and would send it to me for 280.00+28.00 consumer fee. 80=change of ownership documents 80=pet traveling crate 120=to activate flight ticket I sent money in money gram and talked to him on phone. about 5 hrs later i get an email forwarded from him saying URGENT PAYMENT NEEDED FOR SHIPMENT OF YORKIE. It was from Urban pet Shippers so it said. it states in beginning of letter they need additional 780.00 which will be refunded upon delivery. they stated the puppy needed special electronic ventilated crate (300.00) because weather was bad there plus needed a ATS vaccination (anti pressure vaccination)(280.00). then there is this insert with pic of baby bottles n a letter stating how to do group feeding for baby racoons. it gives new total on bottom of 580.00. And concludes with MICHEAL HEWETT flight director. there is no phone number, address, email nothing to state how to contact them on this matter. So I emailed rose kelly back and told him i couldnt get anymore money and wanted him to refund what i had sent him. Its been 4 days and he still trying to get me to come up with more money to have puppy shipped. we talked a few times about this on the phone but i wasnt able to understand him so told him to email me. also the name he wanted me to send money gram to was Ben Foster, 1500 East Main Street, Richmond, VA 23218, phone 917 829-7841. the web site used was asnclassifieds.com
