I was looking online for a payday loan, and I was charged 30.00 without me even knowing I was going to be charged, I never agreed to have my account charged a one time fee of 30.00 from pushloanz. This is terrible, at first I thought that my bank account was hacked. I called the number that was on the check they debited from my account and she said I couldn't get my money back. The only way to get it back is to accept the loan, how can they charge me if I never received their loan offer and never agreed to pay 30.00?? I think this is an act of fraud. It is terrible to charge an application fee for a payday loan, especially when I never accepted to pay, and was looking for a little cash to hold me over the holidays, I wasn't expecting to lose money in the process, Never use this site!! Anyone have any suggestions on what I can do to get my money back?
