I tried to order a canon camera from this company. The web site said 5 to 7 days for shipping. A couple of days later they called to confirm the order but said that it would take longer than 5-7 days and for $30 I could get it sooner. I said ok, but I thought I can get it cheaper in a store with the added shipping. Called them back and spoke to Greg Taylor and said nope sorry they couldn't cancel the order. Even though it had only been 5 minutes. But Greg said call the next day and it would be no problem. Called the next day and canceled. Got a call a couple of days later and they told me I would not get a full refund because I gave them a bad review but if I went online and said good things about this company they would refund my money. I said refund my money and maybe I would. Nope they will not refund my money for a product I never got for a product they never sent. This company cheats people. DO NOT EVER BUY FROM THEM THEY ARE CHEATS!!!!

- That is what they do, tell you the order cannot be cancelled but they cannot provide you a tracking number. If they indeed told you to write a good review to get your refund, that is against the law and you need to file on them with the Attorney General's office in New York. This can be done on line.

You need to understand that AJ RICHIES IS NOT AN AUTHORIZED DEALER OF ANY PRODUCTS THEY SELL. Such as Nikon, Cannon, etc. They are resellers, which is why they play the game they play with customers. They take your money, then try to find the product you ordered from anywhere they can find it, usually a refurbished or returned product or maybe even Craig's list and eBay. Then they buy it for less than you paid and ship it to you, maybe, then the return, refund game starts. My objective is to not only get my money back, but to get their website shutdown.
