They took money from my direct express card without my knowing it. Another dispute!!!! They took 10.30 ... what a scam!!!! I have never heard of this site, never bought a thing. No idea what this is. But I have submitted all this to the bank! Be aware of these federal cards like Direct Express. Seems a lot of companies are getting into systems. How awful!
