08/10 $1.00 then 08/16 $19.95 on my blue Am. express card ,I called and the lady on end of line with india actsent was reapting what i sad and saYING SHE UNDERSTANDS ! then she kept saying i knew the agreement to purchase of MEEKS CUTOFF' DVD puchase or there wouldn't be a chasrge on the credit card ! she tried to argue the fact that i knew nothing of BBV membership and some other membership ! She gave then a number #of cancellation 23169203 then i said you will gaurantee no charge and a withdrawl of charges ? she went right back into the same paper written reading and insisting i have now free membership ! NO I SAID ! You comply with what I've asked, I understand Sir ! Then she said Alright and gave me another # 402567947 ? tis was a cancel to another membership !, I said i'm reading right before me on the enternet all the complaints and rip off's of BBV ! ok she say's... Your refund will be made. I think I'm going to have more trouble ! I said once again that I diidn't believe I was ever going to get my $11.95 movie DVD! I understand she says...... I told her again the purchase started out by EPIC MOVIES what happen ?
