I was going to order an instahang until I saw the P/H cost of $15.90. That was more than the cost of the unit. I thought because I did not complete the order that it was over.
I received confirmatin to my order at 8:36 AM 0n 12/26/12. I called there customer service number about 2:00 PM to cancell the order and they told me that it was not in the system yet.
I emailed their customer service email address about 2:30 PM and never got a response. I again called at 6:15 PM to try and cancel the order and they stated again that it was not in the system.
I checked the internet, 12/27/12, at their customerstatus.com and foud that it would be shipped in two to three weeks. I called them at 6:45 AM 12/27/12 to cancel the order and they stated that it could not be cancelled due to it being shipped.
