On 06/09/2012, I ordered product #O24001INI30D 024 Pain Management(muscle rub) for $19.99 which was deducted form my credit card. On 07/26/2012 I was shipped another order for this item with a price of $79.99 deducted from my credit card. I was quite surprised as I did not order this, especially for this price! I called customer service and told the rep.to which I was speaking with, that I did not order this item. I was told that the first order was an introductory order and I agreed to purchase this item every month for $79.00. I stated that I did not agree to any such thing, and would never pay $79.00 every month for this product. I ordered this item with the understanding that the $19.99 was the price for this item at a one time order and did not read anything about continuous shipments. The rep. told me that it was on the side of the web page. Anyway, I said I did not want the shipment and was going to send the second shipment back for $79.99. The rep then told me that it would take several weeks for me to get a refund, but I could keep the product and he could refund me half the cost the same day. I said, no I want a full refund. After talking with the rep., I decided to check my credit card statement and discovered they had also deducted $79.99 for the first order on top of the $19.99. So, when sending the product back on 08/09/2012, I have requested an amount of $159.99 and also mentioned that some of the muscle rub packets from the first order where dried up. I have confirmation that they received the product back on 08/10/2012. To this day I have not receive my refund and when I call they give me the run around and want a tracking #. I do not have the tracking # but I have my receipt and confirmation of the delivery date. I have read several complaints on this company and it looks like many customers have been deceived the same way. I have filed a complaint with the BBB several at the end of this summer, but have heard nothing, so I email them over a month ago and still have heard nothing. I am now submitting a complaint to the Office of Attorney General.
