A scam operation. They charged me for the camera I wanted, sent a case which was not the one ordered, talked me into buying 2 long life batteries, didn't send the 2nd one, but Charged me for it, etc etc. Both my credit card company and I have been trying to contact them. No answer by phone or email. Steer clear of this scam operation!! I wish I had read the reviews on them first, I usually do. They have a terrible reputation
