on 08/23/11 Pmt Assist withdrew from my checking account 30.00 without my consent// My bank informed me and I called them immediately//the young lady who answered and told me that my money would be refunded that day and gave me a confirmation number of C4205//to this day it still has not been put back into my account//they over drew my account 180.00//when I spoke to them regarding this they told me they cant do anything about it//I asked to speak to the supervisor//they said they have no one availible//I asked to speak to their accounting dept//they told me the are not permitted to transfer calls to them//they told me the 30 would be back into my account in 7 to 10 business days...I told them its been 12. I want my money back. They told me to hang up and call back//and hung up on me.
