Neil came to my home on July 28th 2011 measured my house for Gutters, said someone would be here the following week to start work. no one never showed. I called him several times always the same thing, someone will be there. Nothing. Said he had fired his Gutter man but had hired a new one. That was 2 weeks ago. I talked to him on the 7th & 8th of Sept. ( today ) and was told he was waiting for a call from his new Gutter man and he would call me back by 3:00 pm Something has to be done about this guy. This is a SCAM if it ever was one. J.D.
