Fraudulent company. Website non existent, phone number automated. Label very suspicious. Do not buy! Cannot reach a live person to receive money back, which is promised on their website. Others have provided better info. I highly suggest NOT ordering this particular brand!!! If you are willing to give up hours or days of your life, you may get your money refunded. I will just keep the 7 pounds I was hoping to loose.
