Received call from a foreign speaking guy who talk so fast i could not understand anything he said. Gave information then he transferred me to a senior person whom i understood a little better, he stated something about a $19.95 monthly charge. Which i asked for what he said something about a money plus, which is $89. Told him i did not want that, i just wanted the loan he kept saying but ma'am you were preapproved. I told him there were a lot of online complaints and disregard then hung up
