I ORDERED A PAIR OF UGG BOOTS. WHEN THEY DID ARRIVE, THEY LOOKED STRANGE AND DID NOT COME IN A BOX. THEY WERE A XMAS PRESENT. THEY WERE WORN FOR 3 HRS. AND THE BUTTONS FELL OFF. I COMPARED THEM WITH A AUTHENTIC PAIR OF UGG BOOTS AND REALIZED THEY ARE A FAKE. I WANT TO RETURN THEM BUT THE PHONE NUMBER IS NO LONGER IN SERVICE AND I HAVE REPORTED THIS TO MY CREDIT CARD COMP. GET THESE GUYS! I THOUGHT IS WAS ODD I NEVER RECEIVED AN EMAIL TO VERFIY MY ORDER OR THE STATUS OF MY ORDER.
