I called 800-925-8674 to request a full refund of all funds transferred out of my bank account. I spoke to customer service today and told them that I didn't remember ever signing up for their service. The person in customer service told me that when I purchased something from an infomercial I was asked a series of questions and that is probably when I inadvertently signed up for their service. He said that they will send me a refund request form that should arrive in 7-10 business days. At that point I need to fill it out to request a full refund.
I am filing a report now just in case I have problems with the refund later.
