This company sold me a full service support contract for 199.99 on 12/5, when I called a number from a website support service that appeared to be associated with apple. They indicated support for any computer or other computer like device (IPAD, IPHONE, ITOUCH) and tried to sell me antivirus software, which I did not purchase. I have tried to reach them with computer questions several times and have held the phone for over 1 hour with no answer despite the recorded that one of their experts will answer shortly. I have received no service and believe this to be a scam. I will make a company of fraud to my credit card company as well.
