I checked my bank account this today and noticed there was a unauthorized transaction of $34.95 pending on my account first I tried to contact the company directly. No luck with that. They kept me on hold for over an hour, going from caller number 1 in line to number 2. I hung up with then and called my bank and made them aware of the situation they told me to wait until the transaction have posted to the account and call back and file a complaint with the claims dept.
