Placed an order for a complete set of NYPD Blue DVD'S. arrived...VERY POOR quality after several attempts to contact these rip-off artists, I was told I could mail them back and get a FULL refund...DID NOT HAPPEN !!.
Not only did I not get a refund, it cost me another $33.00 to mail them back !!.
BIG RIP-OFF COMPANY !!
