Submitted an order for 8 bobbleheads on 9/28/12. Received no response for almost a month. Received first round of proofs and approved them immediately in hopes to move things forward. That was 10/17/12. It is now 1/3/13 and still no further proofs or final product. I have sent multiple emails asking for an update, asking to rush them, and the standard response is "We can't promise to you that your order will be ready because we have large quantity of orders entering daily. Our standard delivery time is up to 12 weeks. Weekends not included, and each amending will postpone your order production of 1week more each time. But we will try our best to help you rush the order even if we can't guarantee.."
