i was charged for a product i didnt order and i called to have it removed/cancelled and they told me they would and here it is 15 days later and the still havent refunded me nor have i recieved the product. they are now telling me that i have to fill out some refund form and send it in with MY bank statement! are you freakin kidding me!
i dont expect ill be getting the money back but they got theirs and their product.....Annette
