ordered 2#units magic jack plus,payed for two gold plans,next day told me to cancel order,showed me what happened to her,the only way to contact them was by via chat room,while getting sent from one person to another,as soon as i mentioned cancel the order,6/25/2011,iwas cut off,after more than an hour and 24min. i finally got some to tell me that the order would be deleted,lol my debit card was billed for the amount,i was sent their product august 10th 2011 and i sent it back,i have postal recipt to prove it,in mean time,called chat room in india and was told they had no record of transaction,because it was ordered in 6/25/2011 and the 30days had expired,i canceled the product and can prove every point of this complaint,because i stored it on my main drive on the computer,and they realized that too,and have sent over 30 e-mails with trojan viruises to wipe out my drives,but i saved those e-mails too,the next step is to have the federal communications corperation ,check out all the paper trail,back to the source,india,oh ,and by the way,i defiy anyone to tell me there is one phone number on magic jacks customer page to call,good luck on that one,the inventor is in denial if he cant see the truth,the product may be the greatess device ever,but his customer service is zero,might as well ask a chicken farmer,how to launch a missle,its never going to happen,so save your money and time,for myself,ive been scamed,i canceled the order long ago,but that doesnt matter,when your dealing with evidently high tech crooks,the bottom line,virus anyone? magic jack must have more than they can keep in india.
