I opened up my bank account this morning and noticed a check withdrawal with a made up # for 30.00. I looked at the check it was from palm loan advances. I have never dealt with this company or applied for a loan with them I called them twice. The first time they said they could not really help me this money would go towards the interest of the loan whatever that means? They said we have the forms in front of us that you submitted online. I said you guys are a scam and took my information off the internet and please let me speak to a manager. I waited on hold for a while then they hung up on me. I called again I said if you do not give me a refund I will call a lawyer the lady said we cannot help you you applied for this loan she talked over the top of me and said I have other customers to help and goodbye! Why is nobody shutting these people down? There are like 449 complaints on these people? and they are obviously still operating! Please somebody do something! I am filing a complaint with my attorney generals office!
