I joined Nuts of the Month Club as a 90th birthday gift for my 90-year old dad. The first month was supposed to be sent in April. It didn't arrive so I started sending email. Finally in May my dad received his first shipment. Again I had to email and email and Dad didn't get another shipment until September. That was it.
I'd have reported this in a more timely manner except I didn't know about this site until today.
